"Art = Design = Art?" The boundaries are not so clear now.
I would like to make them much less clear"
	Gaetano Pesce, 1988
MIXUP explores the blurring boundaries between Art and Design in our culture. As the work of designers increasingly streams into areas traditionally occupied by artists, and as artists infuse their own work with the styles and attitudes of Design, an opportunity exists to hover over this fusion of interactive design, technology, architecture, sociology, graphic design, art history, industrial design, sculpture, and digital media accessing the moment. MIXUP will be accompanied by a series of essays exploring this territory by Matthew Drutt, Hani Rashid, Michael Rock, Paul Elliman and Andras Szanto.
The artist and designers in the exhibition are:
	Daniel Jasper
	Tobias Frere-Jones
	Natasha Makowski
	Richard Massey
	Miko McGinty
	Anukam Edward Opara
	Randall Peacock
	George Plesko
