LM Artist Video Series invites you to explore Erwin Wurm's latest body of work, including performances, photography, video, installation and large freestanding sculptures. This edition of our ongoing video series features an explanation from the artist himself on how his new series, “gulp”, addresses the "social envelope" while taking on complex subjects such as psychology, philosophy, and sociology through an unexpected use of clothing, food, furniture, cars, and houses. The video features commentary from artist Elfie Semotan, a leader in Austria’s avant-garde, who notes how the exhibition demonstrates Erwin Wurm's ability to push "very consciously into new territories.”
